The Vomela Companies of St. Paul, Minnesota are proud to announce the acquisition of the visual merchandising division of former Graphic Systems Group (GSG) based in New York City. The acquired business will operate as a division of C2 Imaging, LLC, a unit of The Vomela Companies.
Through C2 Imaging, GSG will continue to provide merchandising services to their clients. Visual merchandising manager Ruben Pimentel stated in an interview that GSG is honored to join The Vomela Companies, and noted that "this partnership will allow us to provide extended services to our faithful clients.”
Additional space and equipment will allow C2 Imaging to strengthen an already strong presence in the New York metro area. Since being acquired by The Vomela Companies in 2010, C2 Imaging has continued to flourish, and this partnership with GSG marks another milestone for strategic growth.
The Vomela Companies is a full-service, specialty graphics provider for a wide variety of promotional, store décor, event, fleet, commercial, and transportation graphics. The St. Paul, MN based company has projected revenues of $250,000,000 in 2017, and employs over 1,100 people in 20 cities in the United States and Canada.
